Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Mainly responsible for market research on the current situation of power company distribution network, dispatch, automation, generation-side user substation, and network security projects. Development of power system integrator customers. Collecting, organizing, and analyzing business opportunities, organizing and implementing projects and public relations activities, and operating project implementation. (Experience with PC, laptop, AI PC, server, and related sales work is preferred.)


Main job duties include:

1. Execute the company's sales policy targeting the power industry, representing the company in commercial collaboration (mainly distribution network, automation, network security, generation-side user substation) and product sales of PC, server, and other related projects.

2. Communicate with customers, promptly grasp customer needs, understand customer dynamics, explore customer requirements, and serve customers.

3. Responsible for establishing stable customer relationships, relationship maintenance, and striving to develop high-quality ecosystem partners.

4. Collect information on the market, customers, and competitors for the products under responsibility to provide suggestions for project market promotion.

5. Participate in the pre-bidding feasibility study material review coordination and operate the final bidding process for projects.

6. Be responsible for business negotiations, contract signing, payment collection, and other business matters.

7. Assist the VP team in daily management, guidance, collaboration, and project support coordination.

8. Plan and improve the expansion strategy for the target customer group in the industry and achieve expected sales targets.

9. Understand bidding information and analyze product, manufacturer, and other related information.



Qualifications:

1. Educational background in Computer Science, Communications, Automation, Electronic Science and Technology, or other Science and Engineering fields, with a bachelor's degree or above.

2. Familiarity with power communication or sales experience in the power industry (PCs, servers) is preferred.

3. Strong ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, and strong written and verbal expression abilities.

4. Experience as a Pre-sales Engineer or Technical Support Engineer is preferred.

5. Adapt to business travel and have a strong ability to work under pressure.

6. Capable of handling bidding, signing various contracts, and the subsequent arrangement, coordination, and completion of related work.

7. Relevant technical or sales work experience in power products is preferred.
