Spatio-Temporal Security Isolation Device

It has overcome technical challenges such as Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), high surge immunity (Surge), and Electrical Fast Transient (EFT) immunity, and has launched the SCCK1141X high-reliability quad-channel digital isolation chip.

The industrial-grade high-reliability digital isolator chip, SCCK1141X, operates at a supply voltage of 1.8V-5.5V, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. It provides ±8kV of electrostatic discharge protection capability (HBM), a creepage distance of 8mm, and features low data propagation delay.
