1. Interface with customers for business requirements, conduct demand mining, quickly familiarize with customer organizational structure, and establish good relationships.
2. Execution and management of personnel delivery, including business development, requirement acquisition, coordination with recruitment teams, arranging client interviews, etc.
3. Settlement and reconciliation of workload, control of project costs.
4. Collaborate with the business department to complete contract signing, invoicing, follow-up on payments, and assist in bidding work.
5. Daily management of employees, improving project team stability and motivation.
6. Business travel is required for this position.
1. A full-time college degree or above verifiable via the China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center (CHSI), with Computer Science or related majors preferred. Minimum 2 years of work experience.
2. Experience in the Internet/software industry, power industry projects, or outsourcing is preferred.
3. Outgoing, enthusiastic, skilled in communication, and adept at handling client relationships.
4. Proactive work attitude, strong execution skills, and a sense of responsibility.
