Development of power system integrator customers. Discovery, collection, and organization of business opportunities, conducting analysis, organizing and implementing projects and public relations activities, and overseeing project implementation. (Experience with Desktop PCs, Laptops, Workstations, Chips, AI PCs, and related work is preferred.)
1. Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices such as desktop PCs and laptops, ensuring the normal operation of servers.
2. Responsible for the security protection and data backup of end-user devices like desktop PCs and laptops, preventing data leaks and damage.
3. Monitor the operational status of end-user devices like desktop PCs and laptops, promptly identify and resolve faults to ensure business continuity.
4. Assist developers and testers in setting up and configuring server/client environments to ensure smooth project progress.
5. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the IT application innovation (Xin Chuang) industry, familiar with the modification and configuration of Desktop PCs/Laptops/Workstations.
6. Learn and master new technologies, continuously optimize server architecture, and improve server utilization efficiency.
1. Educational background in Computer Science, Electronic Communications, or related fields, with a bachelor's degree or above, and a minimum of 8 years of work experience.
2. At least 5 years of experience in the planning, design, delivery, and after-sales service of products such as servers and PCs.
3. Familiar with the technical parameters of domestic CPUs, GPUs, memory, hard drives, network cards, and possess experience in IT application innovation (Xin Chuang) projects.
4. Understand the technical parameters of domestic server components and possess the ability to integrate the supply chain for server parts.
5. Understand the development trends of domestic and international servers, capable of analyzing the differences in hardware from different manufacturers and producing analysis reports.
6. Capable of guiding technical personnel in conducting comprehensive testing of company products using testing tools and performing performance optimization based on test results. Tools such as specCPU, 3Dmark, stream, iozone, glxgears, unxibench, etc.
7. Able to communicate technically with users and complete product design, R&D, delivery, and after-sales work according to user requirements.
8. Possess the ability to optimize server performance and solve issues related to high concurrency and data backup redundancy.
9. Able to provide corresponding solutions based on different application scenarios in combination with the company's products.
10. Experience with OEM, ODM production processes, and product adaptation work. Majors in Electronic Information Engineering, Electronic Science and Technology, Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Technology are preferred. Minimum 5 years of relevant technical or sales work experience in power products, familiar with power dispatch data networks and power cybersecurity.
