Human Resources Director

Job Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Based on the company's overall development strategy, formulate human resources strategic planning, providing advice and information support for major personnel decisions; participate in the formulation of the company's strategic planning to ensure the high alignment of HR strategy with the overall corporate strategy.

2. Organizational Structure & Team Building: Design and optimize the company's organizational structure, clarify departmental responsibilities and role settings to improve organizational operational efficiency; responsible for the selection, cultivation, development, and motivation of core management teams and key talent, building high-performance teams.

3. Recruitment & Talent Allocation: Formulate and execute the company's talent recruitment plan, ensuring the attraction of suitable talent at different stages of company development; establish efficient recruitment channels and a talent pool to improve recruitment quality and efficiency; responsible for the introduction and headhunting of senior talent.

4. Training & Development: Develop the company's talent training and development plan to enhance employees' professional skills and overall quality; establish an internal training system, organize and conduct various training courses and learning activities; focus on employee career development, providing career planning guidance.

5. Performance Management: Design and improve the company's performance management system, ensuring performance evaluations are fair, just, and transparent; supervise the setting and execution of performance goals across departments, conducting regular performance evaluations and feedback; utilize performance results as a basis for employee salary adjustments, promotions, transfers, etc.

6. Compensation & Benefits Management: Formulate and execute the company's compensation and benefits policies, ensuring the company's compensation levels are competitive; conduct compensation market research to provide references for company salary adjustments; design and manage employee benefit programs to improve employee satisfaction.

7. Employee Relations Management: Establish harmonious employee relations, handle employee complaints and labor disputes, maintaining the company's positive employer image; organize and conduct various employee activities to enhance team cohesion and a sense of belonging; responsible for employee labor contract signing, renewal, modification, termination, etc.

8. HR Information System Development: Promote the development of HR information systems, improving HR management efficiency and data analysis capabilities; introduce advanced HR management software and tools to optimize HR management processes.



Qualifications:

1. Educational background in Power Electronics, Electronic Science and Technology, Computer Science, Communications, Automation, or other Science and Engineering fields, bachelor's degree or above (Human Resources, Management, or related major preferred).

2. Minimum 6 years of HR management experience in the Internet, electrical equipment manufacturing, power industry, or chip industry is preferred (responsible for recruiting talents for overseas trade-related positions, including developing recruitment plans, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, etc.).

3. Excellent organizational coordination, teamwork, and communication skills.

4. In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, talent assessment, and motivation (establishing and maintaining effective recruitment channels, including online recruitment platforms, headhunting firms, overseas talent markets, etc.).

5. Understanding and mastery of labor laws and regulations in different countries and regions to ensure the compliance of the company's overseas business HR management.

6. Keen sensitivity to new technologies and hardware products, able to increase prediction accuracy of candidates through data.

7. This role is fast-paced with heavy workloads and may face unexpected HR management challenges; therefore, we expect you to have strong resilience, maintaining clear thinking and high work efficiency under pressure, flexibly handling various complex situations, demonstrating tenacious professional spirit.

8. Proficient in English reading and writing; priority given to those who can use it as a working language.
