Supply Chain Director

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the company's supply chain and procurement activities, ensuring that purchased materials, equipment, and product components meet the company's quality, cost, and delivery requirements, thereby supporting the company's production operations and business development. (Candidates with supply chain procurement resources and work experience in related hardware products such as Workstations, PCs, AI PCs, servers, motherboards, etc., are preferred).


Main job duties include:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute the company's procurement strategy, closely aligned with overall business objectives and supply chain strategy, ensuring procurement strategies effectively support the company's long-term development. Regularly analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and supplier situations, providing forward-looking recommendations for company procurement decisions. Identify potential procurement risks and opportunities, and formulate corresponding response measures.

2. Supplier Management: Establish and improve supplier evaluation, selection, and management systems to ensure the establishment of long-term, stable cooperative relationships with high-quality suppliers. Lead supplier development, onboarding, and phase-out activities. Regularly evaluate supplier performance, driving continuous improvement in product quality and service levels. Responsible for negotiating and collaborating with key suppliers, signing procurement contracts and framework agreements, maintaining good supplier relationships, and ensuring supply stability and reliability.

3. Procurement Cost Control: Set procurement cost control targets and strategies, reducing procurement costs by optimizing procurement processes, negotiation skills, centralized procurement, and supplier collaboration. Conduct real-time monitoring and analysis of procurement costs, perform regular cost-benefit assessments to ensure costs stay within budget, and continuously seek cost optimization opportunities.

4. Supply Chain Coordination: Maintain close communication and collaboration with internal departments (R&D, production, sales, finance) to understand their needs, coordinating procurement plans with the company's overall operational plan. Participate in supply chain process optimization and project management, promoting seamless integration of procurement with other supply chain segments to improve overall supply chain efficiency and responsiveness.



Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement Management, or related fields. (Candidates with a Science or Engineering background: Electronic Science and Technology, Computer Science, Communications, Automation, etc., are also welcome to apply.)

2. Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain procurement, with preference given to those with experience in manufacturing or related industries; CMMP certification is a plus.

3. Familiar with procurement processes and supplier management, possessing strong negotiation skills and cost control awareness.

4. Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, capable of effective communication with suppliers and internal departments.

5. High sense of responsibility and execution ability, meticulous and detail-oriented work attitude; Good resilience, able to maintain efficiency in a high-pressure work environment; Strong learning ability and innovative spirit, capable of continuously improving professional competence.
